Engage 11 in Grand Cayman
/Engage 11 in Grand Cayman was fabulous. Many thanks to Rebecca Grinnals and Kathryn Arce for putting together another immaculate show-stopper. If the devil is in the details, then Engage is downright diabolical. Creating an environment to accommodate some of the top players in the Luxury Wedding Industry could be daunting, but everyone was bowled over the by the continuity and depth of the attention to detail. The speakers were informative, inspiring and inclusive. There was a palpable sense of all the attendees belonging to an extended family and being valued as such. The main message that I carried away with me was that integrity, creativity and service manifest from doing your best for the sake of your own personal and professional fulfillment. The vehicle of delivery for the value that we add to our client’s events is the whole baggage train of design, planning and logistics; but what animates this ability to deliver is far more difficult to identify. It is not something imitative but has to be creative and by extension, vulnerable.
Aside from the speaker’s sessions, there were many opportunities to spend time with others in an open atmosphere conducive to sharing. Glad to have met so many wonderful people in such a short time whilst having so much fun.
