Raj Tents Moroccan Ballroom Transformation for David Tutera’s My Fair Wedding

Really enjoyed seeing the ‘Belly Dancing Bride’ episode of David Tutera’s My Fair Wedding airing on WE TV this week. The buzz is that it is a contender for David’s best My Fair Wedding reception yet, featuring a fabulous Moroccan Ballroom make-over for the lucky couple. The bride, Shirley, loves belly dancing, so David chose to go with a Moroccan theme with Raj Tents. The ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Orange County was transformed with an abundance of Raj Tents distinctive Pergolas to frame the diner’s tables in bright red and orange tones. The sweet-heart table was under a matching Pavilion tent, centered in the ballroom with a grand view of the dance floor and stage that was housed in a Grand Pavilion. Together with Raj Tents thematic lighting, drapes, low furniture vignettes and accessories, the wedding was oozing character, color and Wow!

Many thanks to Studio Fiore for the great floral embellishments and Amber Event Production for their professional lighting contribution. The ladies from Rosalba and the Zahira Dance Company were fantastic in their bright costumes and have certainly set the bar higher for what people expect from a Middle Eastern dance company.

As always, it is a great pleasure to work with David Tutera, who has the vision to put together truly inspiring weddings for My Fair Wedding. Raj Tents put together an outdoor Mediterranean tented extravaganza in the summer which was also memorable.
